Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Eligible new Pasture accounts receive 30 days of Pro access with no card required. After 30 days, access returns to Pasture unless you explicitly choose paid checkout.
What happens when I hit my animal limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to a higher plan. Your existing records are never deleted — you just won't be able to add new animals until you upgrade or remove inactive ones.
Can I cancel anytime?
Paid plans renew for the selected period until canceled. Cancel web subscriptions in the Stripe billing portal and App Store subscriptions in Apple App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Does the app work offline?
Supported producer records and drafts can be cached or queued on the device. They sync after reconnection, and conflicts or errors may need review. Uploads and some screens require internet; the vet portal requires internet.
How many users can I add to a farm?
Pasture and Starter include 1 user. Standard includes up to 3. Pro includes unlimited users — all sharing the same farm data.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
